We use the most advanced processes and highest quality finishes for our cabinetry. Our lacquers have an MDF core that is covered on both sides and all edges in five layers of acrylic paint, each layer is individually cured with UV radiation. After curing, two final layers of polyurethane lacquer are applied in a high gloss or matte finish. The result is a flawless finish which is resistant to moisture and high temperatures (up to 932 degrees F) and also has the highest possible degree of shine that cannot be achieved with any other technology.
For veneers, a sheet of natural wood covers the MDF core which is then coated with four layers of transparent acrylic urethane lacquer in high gloss or matte, thus creating a perfectly sealed veneer. We never use water-dilutable lacquers because they do not have the required resistance. Our state-of-the-art technology for lacquer application and toxic substance incinerator allows us to work only with high-end lacquers based on polyurethane.
